Yes I'm on Virgin been using broadband since mid October it has a good reputation according to a chart I saw in paper t'other day. Cost £16 month for 1.1mbps BUT like other providers there are times when get disconnected for a short period. I had no problems getting connected had to wait a week or so of course. I was on dial up with Virgin prior Broadband. Originally I was on dial up with Tesco but nowt but problems with the connection. Hope this helps. Ron

Have to agree about Orange. We have been with them since they were Freeserve, but they have gone downhill since Orange took them over. Thinking of trying Talk Talk as we already get our phonecalls through them.

AOL total rubbish £29.99 a month trying to change but aol put every obstacle in your way. Brian

Lesley, not a daft question at all......... coz i don't know the answer, lol i had a BT line and Talk Talk just switched it over, so really don't know but what you could try is visit the website and check your area ..... sorry, lol Jane

sorry, not Virgin, but have just changed from orange dial up to Talk Talk broadband BEST THING I EVER DID !!!!!! i pay £21 a month, that includes the broadband, all calls, inc international calls AND line rental !!! bargain or what??? Jane

if you are on broadband is it virgin.net? How good is it and what price do you pay. The reason is I am thinking of changing from Orange/wanadoo/freeserve
