just switched to O2 pay monthly, previously on T-Mobile and could ring form my phone to see how much of my monthly balance I had left, but with O2 I can't do this as I don't have a number and their website won't let me check either!!! Joanne |

is it not programmed into your phonebook? try going into phonebook at beginning and then press up, it will list all the extra numbers that you have not programmed in, should be in there................. Jane |

Tried all of them and no luck so rang them direct and I can't just get a balance without rining them direct on 08701117200 and then they text it back to me! - happy to know however I won't be charged for ringing them from my mobile on the 0870 number. LOL - should have rang them first instead of getting in a tizz Joanne |
