Hi Colin, I dont know if its true or not to reduce or increase but was recommended to reduce,,,,,,,,,,,but dammed painful in the calf as it hurts for day or so after, hate it when your toes get a mind of their own and look revolting. Kay, |

Hi Paul I take quinnine every night and don''t suffer from Cramps anymore had to stop licking salt during night to get rid of cramps when I became a diabetic. So see doctor to see if you can have quinnine |

Hi Paul :) Could be what you are lacking also to though if you do not have enough in the system. Im no expert in any of that stuff but it certainly seemed to work with Matt the son. Mind you im not a lover of salt myself, I tend to have it as onion salt :) Colin :):) |

My son used to suffer bad cramps when he was in his early teens, it was said at that time he had a salt deficiency, seemed to ease off when he added that little bit of extra salt to things to. Colin :):) |

When I went to Tenerife, they had these HUGE dreamcatchers for like 20 Euros. I came back here, and went to Hocus Pocus (A shop in lynn where they sell that kind of thing) and they werelike £70 for the same size! Pfffft! Wish I brought one now! |
