Sue, I hate it but my OH just loves it. He scares me to death as he uses my hairdrier to melt the ice. I have to stand and watch shouting warnings 'you'll blow yourself up if any water gets into the drier'. Does he listen? No....well it will be his own fault when he goes bang! lol I'll take great delight in saying 'told you so'. Beryl x |

I have one of these chest freezers and I use a hand held steamer cleaner to melt the ice, it does it very quickly too. Betty |

I am just de frosting my fridge-freezer and I hate the d**m job,I have to remove all the food from the freezer into my small freezer and then bowls of red hot water in the bottom of the freezer. Just wonder how many of you either love/hate this job. Suexxx |
