The chap who said that Britain was 'Going down the pan' because his local council would not give him a bigger house to accommodate his wife, girlfirend and 15 children - is to be a father again - both wife and girlfriend ared preganant again . And no, he doesn't work - other than on the obvious!!!! |

I too find this unbelievable. I have long thought that benefit should be paid for the first 2 children only. After that it is up to the parents. Jean. |
