dawn i know its dear but show him this the first night was like heaven before i would wake up in tears cause of feeling like id slept on concrete i also have a quilt underneath that too x |

dawn you can get them from argos 99.99 and it has helped me a lot im afraid sylvia with this degree of pain it would be like taking paracetomol instead of a anaesthetic x |

Sylvia I already am on Amitri[tline which should help me sleep but because of the pain I keep waking. Only 3 weeks til I find out what it is and can then hopefully get treatjment that will help |

Please don't take it that I'm a pill freak - no way. But have you yourself tried Quiet Life herbal tablets - all purely natural and non-habit forming. Three of those about half hour before you want to sleep and they may help. Just a caring thought... Sylvxx |

Hubby fed up of me not sleeping (bear with sore head describes me) so he went into loft last night and got the air bed down and pumped it up for me. Still didnt sleep cos it made me so sweaty so have to give up on that idea any other suggestions???? |
