aww Rose.. i could have given him that video for free!! lol you have just reminded me to have a quiet word with the children tonight about perhaps now is the time to pick a new christmas video... hmmmm

my eldest grandson had a photo done that was made into a christmas tree decoration so we always hang him from the christmas tree lol

I have got a cardboard Christmas pudding shape with arms and legs and a smiley face that I made at school when I was five! (antique now LOL) It's now in a frame, the ribbon hanging loop long gone but that's the last decoration to go up, so Christmas can begin and the last to come down to signal that it's all over. I have also got a length of wide embroidered ribbon that belonged to my Gran that always used to be tied round the base of the Christmas tree when I was little. That goes on the newel post at the bottom of the stairs. It wouldn't be Christmas without either of those. Mags xx

Hi Em i have noticed your theme and it's great, i love Christmas i have to watch a Christmas Carol about 5 times before Christmas i love that film!! we are going to my sons this year to spend it with his family, i will be playing all Christmas with my 2 youngest grandchildren 4 and 2 really looking forward to it!! My son made me a Father Christmas mobile in school when he was 10. He is 40 now but his Father Christmas is always the first decoration to go up in the hall and the last to come down. Beryl x

do you and you family have any christmas traditions..? We have one, we always put up our tree the first weekend in decmber, and we have to put on the video ' Muppets family christmas' with Micheal caine, whilst doing the decs... the girls wont shut up til we do.. that reminds me.. we got rid of our video machine a couple of months ago... damn!!
