10's not that big! but I guess their thinking is if they give you and your children the all clear, then odds are your grandchildren may not need testing - it sounds logical to the people in the office but is no concilation to you and your family when your worried and scared for ypurselves and loved ones. I have waitied over eight months to find out the cause of death for my Son Stephen, and still got no coroner;s date, but been told probably SADS-hereditary so all family need testing, at last get date, Thursday. Got call today, your family is so big, ten of us, can only do siblings and Mother this month, grand children next month-how long do they expect us to stay sane with a death sentence hanging over us-I argued my point-got to wait till Thursday morning for decision. |
