perhaps they do a camouflage one so that the twitchers will be able to creep up close to the birds for an excellent photo

Leica cameras are the rolls royce of the camera world with the worlds best lenses,hence the price tag .a bit dear 'aint they?lol.Fred, P/S anyone going to buy one for their partner for christmas.?

For a high quality digital camera, that isn't actually over the top - Canon, Nikon etc already to camera's in that sort of price range and above (and I'd LOVE to be able to afford one!). They aren't really aimed at your average home user, they're more geared towards the enthusiasm and/or professionals.

I know someone who had top of range 35mm one, but i only had a cheapieeee but I took just as good photos ,it just a keep up with Jones thing.
