I am trying to locate a Anthony F Plumb born in 1949 in Winchester - but last known to have been living in the Waterlooville Hants area. His mother is Dorothy May Plumb nee Lipscombe and his father was Frederick Plumb. I am trying to find him because a sick relative from Tasmania needs to contact him urgently - any help or advice on trying to locate him would be very grateful. Clare
