membership renewal

My membership is up for renewal and I read others say 7.50 pound yet mine says 9.95 pound what is correct ????

Both are correct, depending on which one they decide to give you. Are you on continuous renewal?

Hi Margaret, Mine was taken at £9.95 and that is on continuous membership. I mailed them to ask why I was charged that and not £7.50 that I'd assumed and they mailed back that they thought the service was worth the increase!!!

I've only belonged a year so the answer is no does it make a difference? So Jane I guess it's an increase no wonder I've no money

How much did you pay last year? I guess it must've been the higher amount. If so, then you should pay that this time.

This question has come up a couple of times. I was charged £9.95 for continuous renewal , so i queried it as last time i paid £7.50 . After three e-mails they said they would refund the difference and they did. If you paid £7.50 before - complain . Makes you wonder what N.T.L. will charge if / when they get their hands on it.
