	I have lost count of the number of emails sent in the past few weeks. Matches are showing 23 and results are showing 1 in one of my names. I have been contacted by someone as we share a name which I missed due to the system not working properly. I have requested a proper reply this time and not the usual 'have reported to our technical team'. OK rant over. Jacky :-)
