Hi Libby, Normally I have to check his pulse to see if he is alive. Hubby not the stick insect. Can you believe it 54yrs old and got a sticky! Dumped on me when the offsprogs went on holiday in August and didn't want it back. Bloody thing is more trouble than my tortoise who has dug a lovely hole in one of my lawns. Me the battling Scottish granny is getting soft. Keep it to yourself. I think though my 6yr old g/son and 2yr old g/daughter have seen through me. PLlan B is now is now operational. All the best as we Scot say. Aileen xxx

Wide awake so sitting on here and watching tv. Just went into the kitchen and realised the stick insect was a bit devoid of privet hedge. Got on my outdoor gear and went with torch up the back of the garden to replenish. Went to walk back indoors and hubby nearly clubbed me with the basebal bat. What a silly bugger I am! Good for a laugh though! Aileen xxx
