I'd give anything to hear my Daddy's teeth clacking whilst he's eating again.... although as you know it drove me to distraction when he was alive!! What do you miss? C'mon give us all a giggle!! |

After my Dad died, my Mum would have said the click of his lighter - she also said it seemed strange not buying his ciggies at the supermarket. She always had a packet in stock in the cupboard for me, when I came home - said it just wasn't 'home' without them there! Jay |

My Dad's budgie Joey - reciting nursery rhymes as clear as a bell, over and over...'Georgy Porgy, pudding and pie.........' He even squawked them with my (late) Dad's voice inflections! He had quite a repertoire. |

would have to be my Dad singing either Onward christian soldiers or The old Rugged Cross while he was having a wash & shave. Also the sound of the fire grate being cleaned very early in the morning while you were all cosy in bed but you knew that Mum was lighting the fire ready for when you got up. Ang x |
