I've recently found a branch of 'Lincoln' rellies from Heigham, in Norfolk. The same place Abraham Lincoln's ancestors came from. :-p

I have a very tenuous and as yet unproven connection to Bernard Matthews ( he of Turkey fame). According to my father and his siblings Bernard is my grandmothers cousin - but of course they can't supply any further information. I will eventually get round to looking into that 'rumour' but am still concentrating on my direct lines. In addition, I'm not sure I'd want to claim relationship as I am opposed to factory farming and don't eat processed food. Mind you if he leaves unclaimed millions on his death I might have to prove relationship. Morals - what are they? T.O.R. :~))
