Dispatch date was 6th November, still haven't received them.I'm getting annoyed now. |

I emailed them on wednesday, it says 5 workign days for a response. I was hoping it'd be sooner, but I might phone them. I have other certificates on order, for 2 on Monday, & 1 on Tuesday. Doesn't look like I'll recieve them either. I've spoken to people who's dispatch date was 7th November, yet they have recieved theirs. Shouldn't it be on a first come first served basis? |

I waited nearly 3 weeks for mine to turn up and then the post man scrunched them up to get them through the letter box. I was not amused. Hope they turn up soon Paul. Jackie:o) |

Just spoke to 'Rachel'.... silly mare. The dispatch date given should have been 8th November (Of course, thats no ones fault, pfffffffffffffffffft!) I told her that was still 2 days late, she said 'No, not really, it should be on its way to you now' 'We use TNT mail, which means it should take a day longer than Royal Mail' I told her the date of dispatch should be the actual day of dispatch, not 4 days afterwards! I'm mainly annoyed because I was given 6th November as the original dispatch date. I always write these down, so I know it said the 6th. Well, what can you expect for a goverment based company? |
