Had a message from a marrianne, able to read message and their is a connection with this member. At the side of the page it said error happy genes 800a9c68. I did try to send reply, but it went blank. I have sent a message to the genes team, will they be able to resend message to me or is it lost. |

We had a similar problem last week. If you go into your email notification, and click on that, you should be able to read your message. In the meantime, go to contact us (bottom left) and report to Feedback, as they will be unaware of a problem unless we tell them. Copy and paste the error message and explain what happened, also (learned from last week) tell them what PC you are using, which operating system, and which browser you are using. |
