Been making a king sized Patchwork Quilt for nearly --wait for it-------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7 years and at last it's finished,all handsewn apart from the sashings!!!!!! ehh I'm dead chuffed!!!!!! And for those in the know it was Quilt as you go so more hand putting together.

Well done you ,my sister and i made two of them for our beds made up of knitted squares ,stitched together by mum,lol,they took two years and hundreds of scrap bits of wool . I now have to ask the question,when are you starting the cliipy mat for in front of the fire?hee hee.Fred.

Well done!!! I have a large cross stitch on the go for 2 years I will finish it one day!!! I bet the quilt looks lovely----so satisfying when you finish a project isn't it? C x

Ha stop up all night Roger if I had it would have been done by now!!!!! An I have a mucky house---lol Posh I have loads of things on the go----but when i get 'Aroundtuit' they will get done----lol Fred May start a clippy in the New Year!!!! It's the thought's of all those bugs in a slippy tho!!! Yes I am pleased.my Sister made one and she finished her's well before me.
