I'm really fed up with the 'My Surnames Summary' f

Another problem I've just noticed with the 'My Surnames Summary' is that the number of results returned is very erratic. It may say that I have 50 Bloggs but when I click on the '50' to list them sometimes it won't list any or maybe list 10 or 25. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have been emailing GR about this for weeks and keep getting told that it has been reported and sorted. Oh no it hasn't! Jacky :-)

I have found the same problem....often just a few, when there looks from the list that there should be many more. Gwyn

Yes I have the same problem---- also when theres only one match I click on the match and it doesn't show up at all !!!! I am fed up with telling them! C x

The name couter seems to work for me this morning. Same number as shown on the index as when you open the detail page. I have just tried it on ten names to check.

Just tried mine again and it still doesn't show me the 1 match----- When I click on it it says I have no matches !!!!! Oh well back to the Ironing!!!! C x

Have you scrolled right down to the bottom of the page? GR's programming glitch sometimes means that the results display down there, outside the display panel.
