Yes, Tara, she was really good and nothing happened for ages.. Then, the strange voices were heard again.. (It's not my house btw, it's my sisters...) She was walking across the landing a couple of weeks ago and looked into my neices room.. She saw her lying in bed and said 'get up', there was a moan in response and my sister, who was standing at the top of the stairs went down...To find my neice was already up and had been for ages!!! On returning to the bedroom she found the bed was made!!! The house was built on what used to be fields.... It is next to the roman road though, that connects with the old minks road in Kirkstall, which leads to the abbey....!? LOU XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Lou Your house doesn't have to be old. It could well have something to do the grounds your house is built on, have you ever looked into what has been there before, perhaps a house was there before yours and the spirit is connected to it still and refuses to move on, in turn letting you all know that it is still there, and isnt happy with sharing it with you. Perhaps the lady that cleansed your house did rid the spirit temporarily, was there a period of quite after she had done the cleansing????

OH, i was looking for this... Well.......The house HAS been 'cleansed' before, in fact, it was done about a year ago, the medium that came round said the spirit was 'bad' and had been removed....Obviously not!!!! There have been voices, noises (like scratching), funny smells and stuff.. This isnt an old house btw, it's fairy newish on a housing estate.....? (not the typical spooky old house) The tea lights on the top of the telly wern't lit.. They never are, lol, she just has them there for decoration. The glass holders are both very heavy and solid and neither have cracks in them. There was no reason why one should be so much colder than the other, in fact it was like a block of ice! The picture frame is just a cardboard one, y'no, the ones they put school photos in..It's a pic of my neice, her school photo from this year..... I am still utterly amazed by what i saw last night, i spent ages trying to rationalise what we saw.... We all saw the same thing though..... Cant think of what else it could be???? I swear this all on my daughters/ Animals lives, it REALLY happened, it isnt a wind up......! LOU XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Ps. off to see my spiritualist church on Sat...Wonder if 'they' want to talk???

A few years ago we were hunting for a receipt to get something replaced. We'd looked everywhere without success. Not really believing it might work I then tried asking St.Anthony for help. A few hours later I walked into our study and the receipt was lying in the middle of what had been an empty desktop! It was placed neatly in the centre where we couldn't miss it! That was spooky! Used to have a pub in very old town in North Wales. Juke box used to turn itself on in the middle of the night - switched off at 11.30pm. !! One night I was cashing up about 1am, hubby was away (not afraid being on my own - used to it). heard a noise, dogs hackles rose and started barking and staring at office door, this spooked me because she was a dog that never barked, saw thomething (man?, dark clothing?) out of the corner of my eye. Gone in a flash. Did I see him? Saw this bloke a number of times over the years. Daughter used to play (during the night) with a liitle girl who had no parents and was on her own. Daughter was 3/4 years old at the time. Pub was rebuilt in 1930's but there had been one on the site for many years before (the Leat Court used to be held there). My Family Allowance bhook disappeared three months after we had arrived. Looked everywhere. Knew where I had last seen it. Three years later it reappeared exactly where ity should have been !!. Loads I could tell you. Spooky or what?. Libby xx

I am wondering if the fact that the tealight holders were made of glass has something to do with this. It just might not be as spooky as it seems. Is there a crack in the one that flew off the TV? If so that might not have been caused by the fall but might have been the reason for the fall. Glass is very strange stuff. I work with it and know that it can have invisible stress fractures in it which can cause it to split or shatter a long time after it is made. This happens if glass isn't cooled properly when being made. If a change in temperature happens then glass can suddenly go twang and split or crack. The sudden release of stress might cause it to 'jump'. It isn't safe to put candles on a TV by the way. I know of someone who had a nasty house fire caused by a tea light left alight on top of a TV. The heat melted the top of the TV and the lit candle fell into the works! I can't say why one glass holder was so cold but there is just a possibility that there is a logical explanation. I bet it was frightening though. Sue

Ok Toothfairy... I am no expert on this, i just communicate with spirit and have never come across what they call a 'bad spirit'. In my house I regulary have my lights flicker when i go into a room if there on. It used to be light fickering but now I know it is spirit and they know i am no longer worried/scared it happens more often and flickers literally on and off!! Our television downstairs often changes channel when we have changed it back it has no some occasions changed over again and it has turnt off often. Our upstairs tele has turnt off too, and our stereo upstairs has turned on and off many times. We have heard gentle scrapping on the side of our stereo too. I have seen aparitions like you in the corner of my eye too and when you look its gone. But I know or should i say I 'feel' unafraid, knowing it is spirit's way of getting my attention. In your case this seems to have frightened you all and this spirit has tried to achieve that, but the fact that i wasnt aimed at you is positive thing, it had no intention of harming any of you. Although you mentioned your mum had the feeling of being pulled. I suggest having a cleansing performed in your home, to rid of the negative energy their and send it over to the light. I do have a friend who has contacts in the cleansing homes. Pm me if you woud like me to see if he knows someone who can preform this for you who lives nearby to you.

Who said i didnt run a mile! PMSL!!!!!! We rung round all the family, to check they were ok, y'no, in case it was a sign or something, and, as it was a candle holder, we have all checked our smoke detectors!! Her house has been 'spooky' for ages.. I once saw a strange light out of the corner of my eye when babysitting one night, but it vanished as i turned my head.. My mum slep over and woke with the feeling of being pulled out of the bed, she tried to shout but found herself unable to move, it was only when a cup fell from the side that my sis woke to find mum in tears.....we have also heard many strange things in that house...But NEVER have i EVER seen anything so clear as that!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you believe in 'life after death' and stuff??? I have always been a believer, and had it confirmed tonight..There is defo something out there, or rather, in my sisters house!!!!....................We were all sat, sis, me and two little ones, watching Emmerdale.. We were all looking at the telly... On the top of sis's tv there are two heavy solid glass tea light holders and a picture frame in the middle.. We were all quiet, watching, when suddenly the glass holder on the right 'shook' and flew off the tv and half way accross the room, both tea lights shot out to different corners of the room... At first we both thought the other was playing a joke, but on picking up the holder we realised something very strange had just happened.. The picture and remaining tea light holder were still where they had been, they hadnt moved at all, but the one on the floor was freezing cold, like a bloke of ice.. The one on the telly was warm......!!!! What was it? How on earth did that happen??? There was no breeze and no other movement in the house.. She has some feather butterflies hanging behind the telly and they were perfectly still... There is defo something very ODD about that house...!! LOU XXXXXXXXXXX
