With regards to interviews, I know I may be interviewed at least once because King's interview as standard procedure. It's 16 to a place there and it's one of the best History departments in Britain and in the Top 20 in Europe. Incidently, King's is where that genealogist, Nick Barrett studied. |

Im well thanks good luck with thoses unis - youve picked some of the best in the country. Dont worry about interview process - most dont bother these days - especially if your reference is good. Id be tempted to stick with St Andrews or Edinburgh, with York/Durham as my back up - have you picked a favourite yet?? Just as a matter of interest - which musuem is it a local one to you - Montrose wasnt it?? |

Hi Lorraine, yes I visited St Andrews and it looked very impressive. I've chosen all the other unis I'm applying to: Durham, Edinburgh, King's College London, Warwick and York. I'm going to send off my form by next week hopefully if my teacher has done my references....I'm really nervous about the process particularly the possibility of being interviewed. How are you btw?
