very lucky we dont smoke , gas man out in 20 min the gas tap had a small leak we hadnt smelt it earlier because of the paint fumes

all ok now they are going to renew pipe too council used to do a gas and electric check before you movee into a house things must of changed

hi , we had a gas leak about 2yrs ago now or so we thought . we came home and as soon as we opened the front door i could smell gas .we checked everything turned off the gas at the mains and called transco out who deal with gas leaks here in wales. he couldn't find any leak allthough we could smell it, any way it was comming from the flat down stairs the girl that lived there at the time had turned the gas on then forgot it was on and went out ,the police had to break in to her flat to turn it off . when she came back she couldn't of cared less ,oh she said hazelx
