She came at me with a roundhouse kick, missed the pads and caught my middle finger. It 'snapped' back and i dropped the pads.. My lovely, caring instructer, taped two of my fingers together and said 'ok, carry on', lol.... Very sore today..In fact, my right arm is very bruised, as are my legs..Will have to have words with mum about her aim, pmsl.. LOU XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi Lou :) Congratulations on representing the club, its quite an achievement :) Ive been into martial arts for years, the acadamy Zheng Dao Lo was formely a part of the Wutan organizations. My latest was my doing my brown four kung fu although have done Shotokan, Wing Chun, and Tai Chi. tore the knee apart sparring lol, Kick Boxing is excellent for fitness, been to some of the gradings to and you have to work hard for the levels of stamina. I dont know what it is but injuries whilst training always seem to clear up quicker then those in general life to. I cant wait to get back to something again :) Mine will probably be the Wing Chun again though, not so much bending and kicking :) Colin :):)
