hi , i line the tin with baking paper [bottom and sides] then put a double thickness of brown paper round the outside of the tin so the cake does'nt get burnt tie it with some string or something strong .cake tin is a size 8or 9 inch across hazelx p.s. i keep the baking paper on it when its cooked then when cold i wrap it in tin foil and put in a cake tin [a sweet tin like roses or something like that |
