Stand up Hold you Buttocks in this also pulls you stomach muscles in, then stand on you tip toes put you hands on you waist line this give you balance and bend you knees do about 20 in the morning 20 in the evening to start off with, ensure your on tip toes. Then increase daily do this for about 3 Days you will start to see a difference, Can’t be done while seated so you will need to leave the puter chair for a while good luck it does work Lil

dont know if it works with Tummy, but a little while ago I read about a Gym.. They ask you to do various exercises when you first start..and note how far you get.........then for the next week you are asked to do Half the amount you achieved, each day, then at the end of the course you are asked to do the whole lot again, and without straining during the week, a massive improvement was found, in all exercises in most patients Bob

Hold your tummy muscles 'in' while doing a certain activity. I try to remember to hold mine in when walking into and out of work, only a few mins. a day but it helps. I also try to remember to do it while watching our daughter play hockey. Try it when sitting at your computer. Deb

I broke my leg in the summer and for over 6 weeks had to go up and down the stairs on my bum when I went to the loo, to bed etc....the difference was remarkable, especially around the waistline. Obviously you really can only do this if you are at home though but at least it's an exercise you can incorporate into your daily routine rather than have to set aside a special time.
