Sorry, away unexpectedly all afternoon. Dennis, I can't get it to do anything at all - not even an 'empty' tree! If I click on My Family Tree, nothing happens at all. Have tried opening it a new window - and that just opens up the page I'm already on??? If I do it now, while I'm typing this, I get a blank message box! If I try to access others through Shared Trees, I can get to my contacts list, but as soon as I click on 'View' the tree, same thing happens - nothing! Peter, I have had no problems with the new tree, so far. I have recently added new people, looked at the shared trees I have, etc. I did not experience any the problems others seemed to have, over the past few weeks, except the missing 'GO' button on the shared trees drop down, for a couple of days. I have IE V6, I have not, I admit, downloaded this Flash Player, as the new tree was working perfectly until this morning!!?? Assumed I didn't need it. Debbie

Mine does not work Debbie. I get the general layout of the new tree - but no names on it. Same with other peoples trees. Ive exchanged more than a dozen e mails with GR now. Not getting anywhere though. Dont think it will ever work!

Morning, I am trying to access a 'shared' tree, but each time I click on the contacts name, nothing happens. Thought I'd try and gett access through my own tree, and can't get into that either??!! Is anyone else experiencing problems this morning? Debbie
