found it.... tread title: DROP YOUR UNWANTED CERTIFICATES HERE by Honey Rum it's on the tips board near the top. think it workd similar to BMD exchange but it's just a GR thread.

With genes reunited having such a big base of users, couldn't we all put our leftover certificates on here.Like an exchange, as i have so many certificates with other peoples details on them, as i am sure everyone else on here also has. What do you think regrds Pauline
