having arealy bad day today feel awful got asplitting headache the dog keeps barking,went to the docters this morning and he has put me on two sleeping pills so i can sleep,and i forgot i didnt have any tablets for my diabetes ordered some from docter i take pills to remember but i dont think they work,realy down in the dumps today lol joyce |

For Joyce. There's a Diabetics thread on the Connections site. Very friendly and supportative. You sound as if you aren't controlling your diabetes very well ie running out of pills- which can result in mood swings, depression etc. Hope you remembered to have Flu jab! I'm diabetic too, on a decent diet -but do have 'treats' and refuse to let it get me down. Hope this helps |
