LOL My lad is bike mad and my daughter used to ride a bike my OH said she was safer on a proper bike than a scooter as they had less tyre on the road. Now whether that is true I don't know maybe just to please me. Germaine x

The open road in the late fifties, then early sixties with a sidecar for the newborn, roads are just too busy now I wouldn't be able to enjoy it like it used to be

I have a Honda mo-ped and love going on the open road to visit my mum. Dont use it aobut town much. Hubby got one as well and we quite often go out into the country side during the summer.
