Hope you are all well. I went to the funeral this afternoon it was very upsetting, you could feel there was alot of hurt and anger, the poor kids who spoke out at the service I don't know where they got the strengtht from. I went to our local for a cheeky red. Only 1 mind. They had a lovely pic of our neighbour Alan in the pub with a special plaque. Then I went to join my daughter for her birthady tea. Thank you everyone for Amy's Birthday wishes today and the comforting thoughts too. Always catherine xx

Hello Catherine, sorry to hear that terrible news. In my town, during the summer, a guy I used to go to school with hung himself. He was my partner in primary school when we did country dancing, all those years ago! (I've just turned 50). He was a popular guy in town; very tall, but known as Tiny. It was a very sad day when Steve had his send-off. He had grown-up sons and an ex-partner, who all went to the funeral, and I wonder if the sentiments were the same as you experienced today. Whatever, may your friend rest in peace now. x
