That poor family RIP

The latest news reports said the house was locked from the inside and the accelerants were in several positions through the upstairs. They are waiting to interview the father but it is beginning to sound even worse than at first. However will that lad cope with his illness with all his family gone or not able to be with him. You need support to fight cancer, not to have your family there must be devastating. Liz |

How dreadful. The Police are saying that accelerants were used in the incident and the cause of the fire was deliberate, and that whoever set the fire did not leave the house. (According to Teletext) |

The news report reduced me to tears, especially when they told about the lad in hospital receiving treatment for cancer, and how the woman had helped so many children with homework, and been so good to the community around. She and her daughters have been murdered, plain and simple, I cannot imagine how the father and son will ever cope with such a tragedy. R.I.P. dear lady and your daughters. Liz |

They seem to have been well liked in the community. The school next to their home which three of the girls attended has been closed. Everyone is in shock. It's being treated as suspicious but that's still to be confirmed. It also appears that there is a 17yr old brother who wasn't at home as he is currently in hospital being treated for cancer. The reporter said it was unclear if he has been told. What an absolute tragedy. I don't pray a lot these days but I'll be saying one for them all today. Just so sad. Aileen xxx |

They still haven't buried my friend who was murdered in a fire last mth..still haven't got anyone. I feel so much for her mam and Dad as the are OAP's and her poor kids.. |
