All the problems we are gettingwith PM's since yesterday... I got a reply from support this morning as follows: Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I have just tested this and have been unable to recreate this error. We constantly strive to ensure our websites work perfectly on as many machines and computer systems as possible. However, we are aware that problems do arise. To help us fix these problems, there are certain things that we need to know about the computer you are using: Computer - Mac, PC, Linux etc. Operating system - Windows 2000, Windows XP, OS X etc Browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari, Netscape etc Version number They then went on with the idiots guide as to how to find out what you are using... So it seems that my PC, operating system and browser are the problem here, sorry for mucking up your PMs everyone... I'll take the blame for this, as usual PMSL! |
