Are any of you dreading those knocks on the door ? it,s not like it used to be and what was once a bit of fun to me is like a form of begging todays kids get far too much but if you don,t give you may get a nasty trick played on you. June.

Know what you mean OH says we are going to sit in the dark tonight (old meanie) saying that hes' just brought in a load of sweeties maybe we can eat them in the dark. Last year we knew that the twins opposite us who are about 13 would be coming over so he says hes going to put a sheet over himself and say Booo to them when he opens the door, so watched for them coming opened the door yelled and did the Highland Fling ------only to find two wee ones who had managed to sneak in front of the twins, don't know who got the bigger fright! men!
