Don't think it helps the youngsters any if they pay little or no board, o.h.'s son has been a swine to his mother and won't pay, he has left home twice, and got hugely into debt, was helped out by both parents, and won't pay that back, yet she still lets him stay there rentfree. Then he swans off to visit a girl he met here, who lives in New York, thinks he is such a clever clogs to keep flitting off to the States, has already lost one job cos he was late coming back. Spoiled when he was younger and still spoiled now, he will never pay back what he owes, little scrounger. As you might have guessed, he is not my favourite person, he has caused so much grief and arguments with all the family, his Mum moans about him all the while to my o.h. yet lets him ride roughshod over her when he is at home. He would be out on his ear if he was mine and having to pay his own rent etc. |
