Hello... I have loved looking for my WINBOW family. It's an unusual name and I just seem to keep coming back to it. Another odd name which had me stumped for a while because I couldn't read it properly on a birth certificate was DENTUS. Two names in my tree I'm stumped with and I can't seem to get beyond are HICKMAN and EVANS! Sandra.

Years ago I worked as a receptionist, and I had to make a call to Switzerland. I had to ask for a Mr Fuch and unfortunately the line was bad and the person on the other end could not hear me very well. Well the unfortunate thing is Fuch is pronounced a little different in Switzerland and does not mean the same as it does here and I had to continually shout the name. So although this surname is not one of my favourates it's the most memorable. Lin
