I was given my nans family bible it has been past down through 5 generations, it has helped me so much with my research. I even found her fathers enlistment papers in it, which was brilliant as we knew nothing of him. Jackie |

even though OH is not in the slightest bit interested in Family History he couldnt resist buying a family bible that was on offer. Reduced from £75 to £20. He bought it as a reference guide because I think the only bibles in the house are the modern type or even just the new testament ones. He was surprised when he opened it to find the first few pages has all the places for our names and birthdays. But you dont fill in the death dates just yet.. lol |
