I have one main telephone line and an upstairs extension, since having internet access everytime I dial out on upstairs phone message comes the number you have dialed has not been reconised, calls from downstairs very,very poor quality, have bought new phones, changed from BT to Talk,Talk, complained yet still bad!. have you got the filtes on ALL of your phone connections? i have an extension upstairs for PC, first of all i only put the filter on the main phone socket downstairs, but when the phone was used,the internet disconnected, so put another filter on the extension to PC and its been fine since. i also have talk talk broadband. Jane
