Once the owner realised there was interest in the cat, it looks like she decided that she was the one who was going to make all the decisions.......unfortunately you do get awful people like this.......a case of 'I don't want him, but you're not having him..... good luck with rehoming this cat.....I think anywhere, other than the previous owner, would seem like heaven to him...... |

She hasnt changed her mind..She still doesnt want him!!?? I have now got confirmation of a new permanant home for him..I cant go and get him without confirmation from Cats protection, it's up to them although the lady there does think it's going to be a good home for him...We just have to get it sorted before the mad cow comes to the cattery to get him - for whatever reason..The cattery is a private boarding kennel where she left him, so i cannot take him without the owners consent...The Cats protection are trying to get her to allow us to do that.... Please dont worry too much, as i said, i will 'catnap' him if need be..This cat WILL NOT be destroyed.. LOU XXXXXXXXXXXX |

Hi Lou,why does she want to take him? does she want to keep him now? I dont think she has any legal right now,she gave that up when she gave him to the cattery. I do hope this gets sorted so that poor cat can have some peace. Roxanne x |

Lou, will email you. Very worried. x Am a bit tied-up today and out this evening. If you reply and I don't get back to you, that's why. But I'm so worried for his welfare I'll probably pop in now and then. x |

The woman at Cats Protection is shocked.. She had told the woman to bring him in...The woman didnt want her precious cat in the cattery as he wouldnt like it...So she dumped him at a different cattery...I soooo had to bite my tongue speaking to her...We have to get this cat in his new home!! i am about to bust a vain....I spoke to the so called 'owners' of the cat that had no ears and was 'dumped' at a cattery and said i had found him a home...The 'witch' said that as 'it' was not her property as 'it' belonged to cats protection she couldnt re-home 'it'..She wanted 'rid' of 'it' as she had a new baby and the sooner she could get 'shut' of 'it' the better!!!! She promised to ring that day to confirm wether he could go to new home or not..She never did..I have just rung her again and she said she will be picking the cat up anyway in a couple of days!!??? I rang Cats protection and they said they offered to take Archie back even though they are currently full and the owner had 'declined as she didnt want him back in the kennels'' - ????? She then, that very day, left him at the kennels i work at????!!! The woman at cats protection has hit the roof and is currently ringing to try to save Archie, i am desperatly ringing the woman who offered a home in the hope we can get him there before the 'owners' come back for him...Tearing hair out...
