If you go to shared trees and click on the date at the top, your most recent contacts will be at the top. That may help you to find it. |

are you looking at her married name or maiden name. messages come in married names but the tree will be in her maiden name! if you go to your own tree and look at the top right hand side it will give other peoples trees that you have access to. this is easier as all the trees are in alphabetical christian names. hope this helps tina x |

GenesReunited seems to have become badly broken. It took me 5 days to figure out that 'Shared Trees' wasn't broken and pointing to my Contacts and now I've hit another problem I'm someone MUST have figured out. I had a member send me a message saying she has given me access to her tree, however, she doesn't show up in my contacts or anywhere else, so I can't find her to find her tree!!!!! How on Earth do I get to see her tree? I used to search (manually) through the 'Shared Trees' page, but now they've hidden that behind contacts. Who has figured this out? It will be five days before support would send a reply to my message, so I'm asking here. Peter Forkes |
