while I was with Jenny yesterday she said there was a programme that used to be on where the granny rode round on her bike to different places. I dont know it Jenny couldn't remember its name and my hubby hasn't got a clue. Anyone got any ideas?

Aileen dont know was a childrens programme and her bike used to be in a place in Tynemouth which Jenny was going to show me but it wasn't there anymore. Think it was filmed in the area

I just typed Supergran into the search box and it showed several sites, one had a pic of Supegran on her bike in Tynemouth, it said Billy Connolly sang the theme song. Remember it vaguely. Liz

I think it is Supergran. I used to love that programme. I remember it used to be on, on a Saturday afternoon, about 4o'clock. This was in the late 80's, possibly early 90's. Gem:)))
