My tree has now reached about 800 people, 500 or so are direct relations. My friend said 'Why not get all their certificates?' Hmmm, birth, marriage(s) and death times 500 times £7.50 Anyone know how I can win the lottery??? Nige |

There £7 from the GRO, might save you a few hundred. I keep my costs down by visitng the RO in the areas and copying the marriage certificate, and baptism entries. They only cost 10 - 20p then. Also if the RO are too far then have a look to see if there is a FHC by you, if they have access to the areas that you want they you can order the microfilm in for you for a few pounds. |
