Caz, If you go to Family Tree and then click on 'Back to Old Tree', you 'should' be able to find trees you have access to. Love Anne in North London xx

Caz, I am no computer buff, believe me....but as you mention Flash Macromedia, I am assuming you do not have it installed on your computer - and maybe that is why you can't view trees? If that is the case then you can download it from the Macromedia site:- http://www.adobe*com/shockwave/download/download*cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash Like I have said, I am no pooter buff, so this is just an idea! It isn't computer help you need! I thought the new Tree would be better because it shows you more people on one page - when you can get there. First I had trouble loading the viewer. Finally got than sorted. Then I found that if a contact had more than a couple of hundred names in their tree it took forever and a day to load the info. Especially my own as I have over 3000. I agree with all the other people who have complained ... the old tree was bad enough but the new one is a disaster. It really is time that GR found a techie that could set up a much less frustrating site than this has become. Thank goodness I am not one of those people who builds a tree on here thinking that they are going to be able to negociate it and be able to use it. I have had FTW since it first came out and have uploaded files to several other sites without any problems. I have several mistakes that show on here but not on my own computer nor on other sites. I cannot even find the place where one could view another tree as before. The Old Tree was frustrating enough when it came up with 'errors' ! Shared trees simply takes you to your contact list with dozens of pages to trawl through... and I always thought I was very computer literate.
