it is quite easy to do with family tree maker. You just have to put one person on twice. ie in you farternal and maternal then merge the 2 people and everything should be a ok lol

Heather. Without listing the people twice you cannot do it on here. You can however do this on a family tree program on your home computer. You can export your gedcom from genes and import in to the program make the changes then export the new gedcom back to genes There are quite a few free programs you can download to do this. Sue

I have a maternal family line already on my tree and have just found that another line from my fraternal side, also already on the tree, have married into them. How do I link them without putting everything on twice? Any help would be appreciated.
