Catherine, how sad and how devastating for his family and friends, just when life was looking up maybe with the business, or perhaps it was all too much for him, after losing his dad too. The fact that the nearest and dearest rarely are able to understand the reasons why, make it harder to accept and deal with. I only mentioned recently on a nostalgic songs thread about my friend doing the same thing, and a work mate of o.h.'s who he had known since he was young, did it at work, went for a ciggie break and when someone went to look for him, found him hanging in the men's toilet block,no note, nothing. So sad.. Liz

thanks everyone for your replies. Our whole neighbourhood is gutted he was only 35. Lived at the end of my street. He just set up a business with his wife and 2 friends it was suppose to open Sat. His wife must be devastated. I really can't understand why he did it. He apparently went for a paper yesterday morning, then during the day kept telling the kids to go play out. Now we know why. His dad died 2 days after his wedding last year, so wether that got out to do with it. I just don't understand. catherine xx
