Forsooth !!!! I had no idea that this outlawing business could be so dangerous. Maybe I shall not be venturing north of the border........... for the sight of a tartan clad mad grannie trying to unlock my ear with her housekey and stuffing a fistful of Cayenne up my nostrils would be enough to make this honest outlaw take up flower arranging instead. Oh, and by the way............................. My Lady Braveheart doth have my greatest admirations. |

Well Aileen, what can I say? Well done for doing what you did, they will think twice before doing that again, more than met their match! I hope you're not too shaken by it, it must have been a horrible experience. I think you should report it, even though they probably won't catch them, but it would at least make the police aware that this is going on. I hope nobody else gets mugged like that. Errr...remind me not to get on the wrong side of you :-) |

Wonderful thread (glad you weren't hurt) Well done honey ((hugs)) I'd be inclined to report it though and let the local rag know too. If you get them to run the story and add at the end.... .... So if your son or brother came home on Wed the 25th, with bright red streaming eyes and didn't have a suitable reason, just think about the potential criminal you may be harbouring in your family!! The next victim may not be so self suficiant :~( XXX Sioux |

Haven't been very complimentary to GR today so always believe what goes around comes around..... Went to the village with granddaughter asleep in buggy. A teenage d***head has only tried to mug me for my purse. Virtually no crime where I live. Well he won't be doing that again. Someone forgot to tell him that the one thing you don't do is aggrevate a Scottish grandmother with a grandchild in tow, especially one with the a***ache. Poked him in the face with my door keys and then zapped him with pepper spray. Oh is that illegal. Tough s**t. Not sure who was more surprised, him or me. Just saw red. Last seen he was legging it through the park. Won't report it to the police, no point. Daren't tell the family or won't hear the end of it. Still can't believe what I did. Can't think too much about it or I'll be a nervous wreck. Aileen xxx |
