Have you tried asking at your local Greengrocers for Banana boxes, they are very strong. That's what I have done for packing all my Kitchen things ready for moving. Or your local supermarket. Sue |

Oh goodness LLC, I'd forgotten that - and the printer etc! Sue, I think the removal firm might let us have some more, but they've been round twice already with extras lol (they might think I've got something to hide!). Might try at supermarket, we've got Sainsbury's and Asda here. Mandy x |

Gillian, you've lost track? I'm the one who's moving and I'VE lost track pmsl!! It was all going really well, probably too well, and our buyers suddenly started demanding various things when we were just about ready to exchange. We've now signed the contracts and the solicitor got them today, so hopefully we exchange tomorrow and complete on Friday. Sue, you'd laugh if you saw my roll of bubble wrap - it's huuuuuuge! The removal firm supplied it. Actually, we could have a Pop-The-Bubble-Wrap party here ..! Mandy x |

Thanks Liz:) It hasn't actually been too bad, because OH had already booked most of this week off for half-term and Jordan's birthday. I've also been able to rope Dad in as well, and it's having the dual purpose of keeping him occupied, bless him. Mandy x |

Well won't you get some surprises when you unpack then, if you are letting your Dad help, didn't you post the other day he is a bit scatty? bless him lol Glad you have a lot of help and hope you are managing to have some laughs too. Take care and hope Jordan has a great day today. Your thread about the cake reminded me of some I had made my lad over the years, a Thundercats one and a Ghostbuster one come to mind, oh and a Postman Pat one too, took photos luckily cos I couldn't find the patience to do that sort of thing now.
