I use the ratio 1:2, 1 spoon of butter to 2 spoons of icing sugar. Just keep tasting it, is the best way. |

Hi, Grandkids and I baked a cake yesterday and now they want it filled and covered in butter icing. For the life of me I can't remember if it's just a dollop of butter mixed with icing sugar. Help!!!!! Aileen xx |
