Really basic photo copying question from a rookie!

You could try putting a cross on a piece of paper in your printer, setting something simple like a word or sentence to print and see if it comes out where the cross is or underneath it if you really want to make sure before you waste a piece of expensive photo paper. Lyn x x |

Yes, it is glossy side up. Also remember not to touch what's been printed as takes a while to dry properly. Ron |

I think most printers print on the face of the paper that is upwards. One way of checking is to print something on ordinary paper, make a mark on the side that is face up and see if that is the side printed on. Ann Glos |

Which way up do you place glossy photo paper into the feeder when you are about to copy a photo? Instructions are not terribly clear. I have anEpson RX520 scanner/printer. I would be very grateful if someone could give me advice! Sally |
