	Puss my cystitus has come back and gone up to kidneys so had to go to Newdoc this morning for antibiotics so I can still go away. Feel for you aint nice

	Keep drinking have you got anything for it? you'd think I was used to it as have had it since a baby regularly but hurts like mad everytime

	Puss not sure, mum had a friend that everytime she had cider she got it. Hubby says its everytime he tries aomething so that shows how often that is if I haven't had it for a few years lol Some people are more susceptible than others a bit like why do somechildren get all the childhood illnesses and others dont

	Puss weak tea really helps me think its the combination of warmth and liquid. Get a mug and measure how much liquid you can get in it and then use that mug so you know how much you drink in a day I drink loads and know my mug is half a pint
