Guess we are all having our own problems still. I tried yesterday to access a shared tree from the top right drop down box on my tree. It let me select the tree I wanted but there was no GO box, so didn't get very far. Had to go back through my contacts and get in that way. Have you noticed though that we still have the option of going back and viewing on the old tree? It's something that I asked for in my email to GR and I guess others have too. It also means that all those who like to print off their tree can still do so without running their ink jets out. Linda |

Hi Helen, You are not having a 'problem' with shared trees. This, apparently is how it's meant to be now!! I e-mailed GR a couple of days ago, about this problem, and the reply said: 'Clicking on Shared Trees, will now take you to Your Contacts......'!! They then went into a lengthy and pointless explanation of how to access their trees from there (Tree Permissions) sigh! I think after 3yrs on this site, I understand Tree Permissions, and don't need it spelling out as if I'm a 3yr old. Debbie |

Jean, I haven't got a clue but so many things are going haywire on this site. It is also taking ages to get from one place to another. I am about to give up and do some housework !!! Beryl x |
